On the client’s side:

A written order specifying: the model and color of ceramics or glass, the number of decorated elements, the location of the decoration, the method of packaging and receipt of the goods and the date of the order. The client provides a 1:1 scale project in corel or a .eps file (all texts converted into curves), specifying colors according to the Pantone stencil. If it is a raster project, please send it in tif format, 1:1 size and 300 dpi resolution. In addition, we expect to provide a visualization of the placement of the print on the ordered article. After receiving the order, we send a confirmation by e-mail confirming the deadline and price.

Great price for:

Prices do not include transport costs to the customer and are determined on the basis of the price list or according to previously sent calculations. Ceramics and glass are packed in collective cartons. However, it is possible to order unit packaging. The prices given in the offers and price lists are net prices ex the company’s warehouse.

Technology:

Please be advised that the fidelity of color reproduction in ceramic and glass decals may differ from the assumptions up to 30%, depending on the substrate and the selected color. We recommend making a prototype. Technological test – the prototype includes the cost of the printing prepress room + PLN 50 net for each prototype made. When ordering, the cost of the prepress room is deducted from the value of the order provided that the order is placed within 10 days of receipt of the sample. After this date, the prepress will be reset and the customer will be charged this cost again when ordering. We also inform you that individual deliveries of cups may differ in capacity and dimensions from those given on the website up to 10%, they may also differ in the shade of the cup color – it is recommended to order a pattern before placing an order. Prints on porcelain and porcelain products are fired at a temperature of about 800-840 ° C, which ensures their durability for washing in mechanical dishwashers. Prints on glass are fired at a temperature of 560-620°C. For this reason, manual washing is recommended.Subtech prints, i.e. sublimation, are heated in a vacuum. They tolerate use and hand washing well. They also withstand about a few dozen washes in dishwashers, but they are not dedicated to them unless the cup has a special coating at the customer’s request. Standard subtech prints do not have a guarantee for washing in dishwashers.

Printing colours and capabilities and customer responsibility:

For printing “FULL COLOR” we mean printing made in CMYK technology. On colored products, always add 1 color per white foundation. Prints made of CMYK are different from CMYK printing in offset technology and any other. The formula in the form of PROOF is treated by us only as a determinant of the intended final effect. It should be borne in mind that printing on ceramics will not achieve the quality of offset printing /from the printer, etc. Each time we recommend performing a technological test. By not ordering the sample, the customer assumes the risk of color discrepancy and non-compliance of the printout with the pattern and any claims in this respect will not be recognized by DABA. For printing from Pantone colors we mean printing made in individual colors according to the stencil. It is possible to connect Pantone colors with CMYK printing. Each time the production file should be prepared in the colors in which it is to be printed. DABA does not assume the risk of confusion in the case of an incorrect color shade when choosing colors on its own, even in the case of such an order from the client. Color shades after firing may vary depending on the quality and color of porcelain and porcelain – enamel, thickness of paint used and firing temperature. The colors of ceramic paints do not have Pantone markings and cannot be exactly compared to this stencil. Deviation in color shades up to 25% can not be a reason for a complaint. The preparation costs are borne by the customer each time ordering the implementation. In the case of resuming production, the cost of the preparation room is lower by PLN 25 net. In the case of a test order followed by re-execution of screen printing matrices, the cost of the prepress room is calculated again in the amount corresponding to the rate for the number of colors used in the work.

Complaints:

Only goods classified as damaged or considered to be inconsistent with the order are subject to complaint. We are not responsible for damage resulting from transport by a forwarding company. Information about any quantitative and qualitative deficiencies in deliveries must reach us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the purchaser. The Ordering Party bears all costs related to the delivery of the complained goods to the company. Complaints will be considered within 7 days from the moment of receipt of the complained goods. The subject of the complaint may be only the product complained about. DABA is not responsible for the customer’s goods (ceramics, glass) delivered for decoration. After resale of the goods, or after its further processing, any quantitative and qualitative complaints are transferred to the ordering party. After acknowledging the complaint, the company will replace the defective goods with one free of defects in the shortest possible time. DABA is only liable up to the value of the order placed. In the case of a complaint about the printing on the entrusted goods, DABA is liable only up to the value of the order, it is not responsible for the value of damage to the customer’s goods – we recommend performing technological tests. The complaint is not subject to the color scheme of the print made in the event of the customer’s resignation from the prototype before the order is carried out. The size and arrangement of the print in relation to the computer visualization may also differ, hence it is recommended to make a prototype – the lack of order of the prototype makes it impossible in this case to accept the complaint. The complaint is not subject to porcelain and porcelain with punctures up to 1 mm and dots of gray or black color (up to 4 pieces /product). The tolerance for applying decals is 3 mm in each direction. A discrepancy of less than 4 mm is not subject to complaint. The volume of the delivered goods may differ +/- 3% from the volume in the order. The complaint does not suspend the obligation to pay the price for the delivered goods. In the case of decorating frosted glass or ceramics with matt glazing, we reserve that prints may have a non-uniform structure /”cuts” – resulting from the porosity of glass /enamel.

Settlement:

In the case of an order, the customer pays an advance payment of 50% of the order value, the rest is payable on delivery or before shipment depending on individual arrangements. The Ordering Party is obliged to provide the company’s registration documents. In the event of non-fulfillment of the received trade credit, the ordering party will be settled in cash. The interest charged by DABA for late payment is four times the lombard rate and is due without additional request for payment. If the ordering party is in arrears with payments for previous orders, we reserve the right to suspend subsequent implementations.
