Terms of cooperation


From the client:


Written order, specifying: the model and color of ceramics or glass, the amount of decorated elements, the location of the decoration, the way of packaging and receipt of the goods and the date of the contract. The client delivers a project on a 1: 1 scale in corelu or a .eps file (all texts converted into curves), from determining the colors according to the Pantone pattern. If it is a raster project, please send it in a format tif, 1: 1 size and 300 dpi resolution. In addition, we expect to provide a visualization of the placement of the print on the ordered article. After receiving the order, we send confirmation by e-mail with confirmation of the date of implementation and prices.




The prices do not include transport costs to the customer and are determined on the basis of the price list or according to previously sent calculations. Ceramics and glass are packed in collective cartons. However, it is possible to order unit packages. The prices given in the offers and price lists are net prices ex-company's warehouse.




Please be advised that the fidelity of color reproduction in ceramic and glass decals may differ from assumptions up to 30%, depending on the substrate and the selected color. We recommend making a prototype. Attempt technological - the prototype includes the cost of a printing prepress + PLN 50 net for each prototype. When ordering, the prepayment cost is deducted from the value of the order provided that the order is placed within 10 days of receiving the sample. After this time the prep will be reset and the customer will be charged again at the cost. Please be advised that individual supplies of cups may vary in size and dimensions from the specified on the page up to 10%, may also differ in the color shade of the cup - it is recommended to order the design before placing the order. Imprints on porcelain and porcelite products are fired at about 800-840 ° C, which ensures their durability for washing in mechanical dishwashers. Imprints on the glass are fired at 560-620 ° C. For this reason, manual washing is recommended. Subtech or sublimation imprints are heated in a vacuum. They tolerate use and hand washing well. They also withstand about a dozen washing in dishwashers, but they are not dedicated to them unless the mug has a special coating at the customer's request. Standard subtech prints do not have a guarantee for washing in dishwashers.


Print colors and possibilities as well as customer responsibility:


For the print "FULL COLOR" we understand the print made in CMYK technology. On colored products, one should always add one color to the white foundation. Imprints made with CMYK differ from CMYK printing in technology offset and any other. The PROOFA form is treated by us only as a determinant intended final effect. Keep in mind that printing on ceramics will not achieve the print quality offset / printer, etc. We recommend a technological test each time. By not ordering a sample, the client assumes the risk of discrepancy in color and the lack of conformity of the printout with the pattern and any claims in this respect will not be recognized by DABA.

For printing from Pantone colors, we understand the imprint made in single colors according to the template. It is possible to combine Pantone colors with CMYK print. Each production file should be prepared in the colors in which it is to be printed. DABA does not accept the risk of mistakes in the event of a wrong color shade when choosing colors on their own, even in the case of such a request from the client. Shades of colors after firing may be different depending on the quality and color of porcelain and porcelain - glaze, thickness of paint used and the temperature of firing. The colors of ceramic paints do not have Pantone markings and can not be accurately compared to this template. A derogation in shades of colors up to 25% can not be the reason for a complaint. The costs of the prepress are always paid by the client, ordering implementation. In the case of resumption production cost of prepress is lower by PLN 25 net. In the case of a test order followed by the re-creation of screen printing matrices, the prepayment cost is calculated again in the amount corresponding to the rate for the amount of colors used in the work.




Complaints are only for goods classified as damaged or deemed not to be in conformity with the order.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the transport of a shipping company. Information about any quantity and quality shortages in deliveries must reach us in writing up to 7 days from receipt of the goods by the ordering party. The ordering party bears all costs related to the delivery of the goods being advertised to the company.
Complaints will be dealt with within 7 days of receipt of the goods being complained about. The subject of the complaint may be only the advertised product. The DABA company is not responsible for the customer's goods (ceramics, glass) delivered for decorating. After resale of the product, or after its further processing, any quantitative and qualitative complaints are transferred to the ordering party. After accepting the complaint, the company will replace the defective product with the one free of defects in the shortest possible time. The DABA company is solely responsible for the value of the order placed. In the case of a complaint about the imprint on the entrusted goods, DABA is only liable for the value of the order, it is not responsible for the value of damage in the customer's goods - we recommend performing technological tests. Complaints are not subject to coloring of the print made in the event of the customer resigning from the prototype before the order is processed. The size and layout of the print in relation to the computer visualization may also vary, hence the prototype is recommended - lack of ordering the prototype makes it impossible to recognize the complaint in this case.
Complaints are not subject to porcelite and porcelain with punctures up to 1 mm and dots of gray or color black (up to 4 pieces / product) Tolerance of applying decals is 3 mm in each direction. Discrepancy less than 4 mm is not subject to complaint. The amount of delivered goods may vary +/- 3% of the order quantity. The complaint does not suspend the obligation to pay the price for the delivered goods.
